Is COPE a treatment program?
No. COPE runs a voluntary trading-break challenge. It is not healthcare, addiction treatment, financial advice, or a registered charity. If trading is hurting your life, please see Actual Help below.
Do I need to buy $COPE to take part?
No. There is no deposit, entry fee, token purchase, or staking. Buying the token is entirely separate from the challenge, and holding it does not improve your eligibility.
What counts as trading?
Successful token buys or sells, DEX swaps, Pump.fun bonding-curve trades, and recognized on-chain perpetual trades. Failed transactions, airdrops, unsolicited tokens, receiving rewards, and ordinary SOL payments do not automatically count. Anything we cannot classify goes to review, not straight to disqualification.
What happens if I trade during a checkpoint?
You lose that checkpoint and full-month Graduation Pool eligibility. You can still qualify for later checkpoints if those periods are clean, and we never claw back rewards you correctly earned earlier.
Can you see my other wallets?
No. We only observe the wallet you register. You could trade elsewhere, and no system can promise complete detection. Suspicious activity goes to review, with an appeal process.
Where does the reward money come from?
From funds actually received and committed to the challenge: a published share of creator fees where the fee configuration supports it, plus contributions made specifically to the COPE Challenge Fund. Balances and payouts are public and linked to the blockchain.
What if nobody finishes the month?
The proposed default is to split the Graduation Pool equally among everyone who passed at least one checkpoint. If no one qualifies at all, funds stay in a disclosed rollover reserve. The final rule is published before enrollment.
Is my participation private?
Your detailed activity is private by default, but wallet activity is public on-chain. We do not describe the challenge as anonymous or untraceable. Leaderboard display is opt-in.
